A Letter to PDFCU Members

Dear Valued Member,

An exciting change is coming to the Pearl District Federal Credit Union (PDFCU) and we want you to be the first to know. PDFCU is merging with Energy One Federal Credit Union (Energy One).

​

On October 18, 2023, the members of PDFCU voted to merge with Energy One. The NCUA validated the vote and gave the final approval, effective November 1, 2023.

​

The complete merger will allow you to use Energy One branches beginning June 2024. When we get a more specific date, we will pass that along to you. This merger has no impact on any of your accounts. Your PDFCU membership will automatically transfer to Energy One once all software conversions are complete. For now, you will continue to use your Pearl District branch as normal.

Energy One was chartered in 1935 under the Federal Credit Union Act. While we maintain a small-town quality of service, we offer all the modern conveniences of large financial institutions such as online banking and other automated services. We can provide services to all members no matter where they are, even overseas. Our members have the freedom and flexibility to choose how to do business with us.

If you would like to utilize the current services of Energy One before the merger, you will need to open a new membership with us, as you already qualify. You also have the option of waiting until June 2024, when the merger is completed.
